AIRBUS AND SINGAPORE TO COLLABORATE ON URBAN AIR MOBILITY

Airbus and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore announced to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to explore urban air mobility in Singapore.

The partnership aims to bring Urban Air Mobility services in reality in Singapore. The purpose is to increase the industry productivity and improve the regional connectivity in Singapore. This is not the first agreement between CAAS and Airbus, in 2016 they have already done a joint research on proof-of-concept trials on Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
